When Everyone is Sick

When everyone is sick in the house, the postings are small. James still has an ear infection. Fox has something viral. Mary has an ear infection, sinus infection, and bronchitis. Since James is the "least sick" out of all of us, he's taking care of the family.

This was our Valentine's Day a few weeks ago.

James and Fox

This is why it is nice to have a tall dad who is 6'3 - according to Fox.

Mary does not agree with the "tall dad" aspect because it means she has to scoot the driver seat all the way up to the front from all the way back setting after James has driven the car.

Fox sure loves his dad! Everyday when James comes home from school or work, Fox runs to the door and attaches himself to one of James' legs and yells "Daddy's home! Daddy's home!" He always seems a bit sad when James isn't home in the morning - except Sundays. Poor James, he doesn't get to sleep in on Sundays because Fox loves to wake him up!

Chef Fox

One of Fox's favorite places in the house is the kitchen!

Mary put his love of the kitchen to work. Chef Fox helped make baked ziti!

Almost every time Jason comes over, Mary makes him take her to Costco since James and Mary do not have a membership. Fox started to play in it and even took it into his room during nap time so he could sleep in it.

Of course, Chef Fox would be looking at cookbook while sitting in his box, wouldn't he. Maybe he was dreaming up another delicious meal!
