Things Fox Does With James

Fox and James spent a whole week together at home before James' summer school class of Calculus started. Here is how they spent it:

They went to playgroup at the Library. The kids love the parachute and get worked up.

Things Fox Does With Mary

Fox and Mary enjoyed their last week together before she started going to work again. It was a little sad to call it the last week, but Fox will be in capable hands - his dad's!

Fox dug in the sand for dinosaurs at the Riprarin Preserve. Mary did not take any shovels that day so he had to use a stick to poke around with.

He fed the ducks, too.

They also went to Target!

Fox likes the Lego displays at Target. He is 100% IN LOVE with Legos!

They also went to on of our favorite grocery stores - Trader Joe's! Too bad TJ's is twenty minutes away or we would go there more often.

He always gets to pick a bag of "chippies" and the ones he likes best are the veggie sticks and crisps.

Also this week, James and Mary had their eight year anniversary. Crazy!

Fox Goes to the Dentist

Last week we took Fox in for his first dental visit. Imagine our surprise when they told us he had 4cavities and possibly 2more. The cavities were in between his teeth - apparently we were supposed to be flossing his teeth and we did not know.

Next week, he goes in for his dental procedure. They have to sedate the poor guy to work on those cavities and take some x-rays of his molars. Needless to say, James and Mary are sad and worried.

Mary, The Elite Athlete

Mary is participating in a shoe study for a new walking shoe Reebok is coming out with. Not only does she get a pair of new Reebok shoes, a state of the art pedometer (puts many of those other ones to shame!), three 45minute workout trainings a week for 12weeks, muscle strengthening tests, and the body scans - she also gets $250.00 for her time!!! If you are interested in participating too, let her know and she'll send you the details!!!

Here are the results from the BodPod. Mary has the body fat of an "elite athlete". She has had a DEXA body scan and a BodPod done already and will have two more to track progress.

Fox the Cymbal Moneky

We were at Fox's cousin's house last night. He and the cousins started a band. James says Fox is the Cymbal monkey.
