Choo-Choos with Daddy and Zoo with Mommy

Our weather is the envy of most people in other cold cold states. We take full advantage of it and go outdoors - seeing as it is TOO HOT in the summer to do so here in the Valley.

We took Fox to Freestone Park to feed the ducks, play at the playground, and of course ride the Train. At this rate, we should buy our OWN train park. All our friends can enter for free of course. :-)

Fox coming out of a tube.

A shot of the Train and the lake at Freestone Park. James' mom's place is there too! Her backyard is Freestone!!!

Happy as a "tornado in a trailer park" happy.

The two boys waiting to watch the train pass as the sun sets.

Mary had a playdate with a friend last week, too. They went to the Phoenix Zoo on some buddy passes. Mary did take pictures of the animals but only posted those of Fox in them. We've all seen a picture of a lion and monkey anyways.

Fox on the giraffe exhibit.

Fox sitting at the view-o-scope. Too short to see in it.

Fox and his buddy Mayer.

If Fox were a hornbill...

Mary's mom bought Fox a new pair of pajamas since he LOVES footed ones so much. It looks like he's wearing a belt and red boots. In the second photo, you can see the Superbowl! Otherwise, we normally do not have the TV on all the time...makes kids go a little nutty - as the video at the end will show.

Finally, a video of Fox running in circles around today's prey - his car. He does this daily - with various items he circles around. Reminds of a predator swooping in for a kill...

enjoy.

School has long since started. James' Lobos are looking pretty good in the Mountain. Mary's Blue Devils are looking fantastic in the Atlantic. February will be over before we know it - and then - and then - it's March Madness time!!!

so this is us. nothing else to report. adios!
