Coming Back From Laos

We were out of the country in Laos and enjoying the relaxed lifestyle greatly! In posts to come we'll go into details about different parts of our trip, but in this post all we could upload were the last few days.

Fox isn't mad in this photo...this is what his face looks like when you tell him to "smile"!

To summarize, we took an early flight from Phoenix to Los Angeles. From there, we went to Seoul, Korea to Hanoi, Vietnam. Finally, Hanoi to Vientiane, Laos! The total flight travel time there was 20+ hours. We had plenty of layovers that are not calculated to the 20! On the way back, we had a stop in Tokyo, Japan between Seoul and Los Angeles. Fox behaved as well as anyone would have for long flights. Mary was whiney, James was tired and Fox inherited traits from both parents!

This is a photo taken from our seats inside the Boeing 777 on the flight from Seoul to Los Angeles. The flight was l-o-n-g.

We are all still recovering from major jet lag. Laos is a 14hour time difference from Arizona!

James is back at work. Mary just finished up Scout Day Camp last week. We're all caught up on the television shows we missed while overseas. (yay!) Fox is once again reunited with all of his precious toys. Yet, it's still all so surreal to us to be back Stateside.
